Reminder ESTEC Squash club: looking for volunteers

Dear members
We have not received any availability to support your club in promoting with your colleagues as explained below.
Please come forward asap as time is getting short.

The squash club will organize the 3rd November a club promotion at the entrance of the canteen.
It will consist of three volunteers dressed in squash outfit explaining to (possible) curious colleagues what the club has to offer, cost, minileague, ladder etc..
The club will bring rackets, shoes and balls to have on the table for demonstration purposes.
We will have a special introductionary package for new members that will pay the subscription to the club that will be valid for the remaining of 2025 and the whole 2026. A QR Tikkie code will be on display.

It will be between 11:30 and 13:30.

We would need the following volunteers:
1) Three good looking volunteers (kidding) that will be doing the ambassador of the club, taking equipment from the club, staying there smiling and inviting, and bring the equipment back afterward.

2) One or two volunteer to prepare a A2/A1 slide to display beside the stand, it means preparing the content together with the club steering board, printing and bring it to location on the day.
