ESCAPE Re-opening

Dear Squash Club Members,

You will have no doubt heard that club activities in ESCAPE will re-open from Monday 21st March - Hurray :-)

The Squash courts will therefore be open again during the following times:
• Weekdays: 17:00 - 23:00 - so squash is not yet possible at lunchtime
• Weekends: 08:30 - 19:30

The following general rules still apply:
• Club activities can resume if 1.5 meters is kept
• Not keeping the distance is acceptable if incidental and for short periods of time only Example: squash, football, table tennis, Pilates, Zumba, yoga, climbing.
• Mask wearing is required when moving around in Escape, in dressing rooms, etc.
• Mask wearing is not required during a sport activity itself
• Clubs must record who is participating in club activities

So if you want to play in the evenings or weekends, please use the booking system as usual to book the court. Bookings must indicate both players so bookings with GUEST are not allowed for the time being.

For the Mini-league, Duncan is looking at how / when to restart and there will be a separate message on this subject.

For Membership fees in 2022, we will not charge a fee for Q2 2022, but we propose to charge Euro 10 for the second half of the year. A separate message will be sent with details on how to pay using the "new" online payment system.

In the meantime, enjoy getting back on the court. If you haven't played for some time please take it carefully at first. Our fitness levels may not be what they were before the COVID shutdown.

Regards,

Clive
